1. Engine Driver – Educational Qualification: (aa) Matriculation pass from a recognised Board or equivalent. (ab) Certificate of competency as Engine Driver from a recognised Government Institute or equivalent. Desirable: Two years’ service as Sarang on a vessel of over four hundred Boat Horse Power. |
2. Lascar – Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass. Experience: Two years experience in Service on Boat |
3. Draughtsman – Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture and Ship Construction from a recognised University or institution or certificate in Draughtsmanship in any of the above said disciplines from an industrial training institute. Desirable: One year experience in the concerned filed viz. Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture and Ship construction in Government or statutory or autonomous Organisation, Public Sector Undertaking or University or private organisation of repute. |
4. Fireman/Mech Fireman – Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent. Other Qualifications: Should be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties. |
5. Civilian Motor Transport Driver (OG) – Educational Qualification: (aa) 10th standard pass (ab) Must possess valid driving licence for both heavy and light Motor Vehicles. Experience. (aa) Should have at least two years experience in driving Motor Vehicles. (ab) Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles). |
6. Multi Tasking Staff (Mali) – Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass Experience: Two years experience as Mali in any nursery or organisation |
7. Multi Tasking Staff (Chowkidar) – Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass. Experience: Two years experience as Chowkidar in any recognised institution or organisation. |
8. Motor Transport Fitter – Educational Qualification: (aa) Matriculation or equivalent (ab) Two years experience in automobile workshop Desirable: I.T.I. diploma in relevant trade |
9. Electrical Fitter (Skilled) – Educational Qualification: (aa) Matriculation or equivalent. (ab) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship Training in the relevant trade (Electrical/ Fitter) under Apprentice Act, 1961 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship Training scheme. OR Should have completed training courses in the relevant trade (Electrical Fitter) from an ITI recognised for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience. OR Minimum Four years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) or other recognised institutions. (ac) Should qualify a trade entrance examination. |
10. Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Fitter (Skilled) – Educational Qualification: (aa) Matriculation or equivalent. (ab) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognised /reputed workshop in the relevant trade (ICE Fitter) under Apprentice Act, 1961 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship scheme. OR Should have completed training courses in the relevant trade (ICE Fitter) from an ITI recognised for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience. OR 4 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in the Industrial Training Institutes or other recognised institutions. (ac) Should qualify a trade entrance examination. |
